Hey friend,
Healing can feel like this huge, impossible task, and you don’t know where to begin.
It feels like everyone else has already made it to the other side, and here you are, still carrying everything.
First, I need you to know that you’re not alone in this, and you’re not behind.
Healing isn’t a race.
You don’t have to figure it all out at once. Healing doesn’t demand that from you. It doesn’t ask you to be perfect or strong or have all the answers.
It just asks you to start small.
And it starts with noticing.

Question,
How are you feeling right now?
Not what you “should” feel—what’s there?
How does your body feel? Tense? Tired?
Or maybe just… numb?
What’s the one thing you’ve been too afraid to admit you need?
It’s okay if you don’t have the answers right away or if this feels scary.
Looking inward can feel overwhelming, like shining a light on things you’d rather keep hidden. But that light is not there to judge you.
It’s there to guide you.
Healing can sometimes be messy and uncomfortable, but it’s not about being “better.” It’s about being honest and gentle.
So let’s start small, okay?
Take a deep breath in.
Let yourself feel the ground beneath you.
And ask yourself, what do I need right now?
Maybe it’s rest, space, or just permission to feel exactly how you feel without trying to fix it.
This is where healing begins.
Right here. Right now.
You’re not broken, darling. You’re human.
Are you willing to take the first step?
If you’ve taken the first step, are you willing to take another?
That means you’re already on your way.
One step. One breath. That’s all it takes to start.
I’m so proud of you. You got this!
Warmly,
Vee
