Shipping and Disclaimer 

Each item is based on my personal experience. However, each item is subject to your own experience. If samples are available, I suggest trying a set so you know which scent/product you prefer.

Before using any of my products, always discuss the ingredients with your doctor. 

Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns. I am also unable to accept refunds based on general dissatisfaction.  I do love having conversations at info@champdefleurs.co

Each product is handmade.  You may notice discoloration due to the herbs, oils, butters, and/or essential oils used. Each product is different from the other. Shipping is not the most delicate of arts, so be careful when opening jars and bottles.   If separation occurs, stir or shake before use. 

If cremes and/or butters arrive in a liquid state, place them in a cool place, e.g., a refrigerator, or a cool room for 24 hours.  

Always use clean hands when handling any product. 

The Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated the statements presented on champdefleurs.co and cdfskincare.com. The products offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Products should not be inserted or consumed into the body, ever. 

These products are not for children (unless stated).

Shipping

Currently, most products are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Products are shipped via priority service (post office). This local service takes about 3-5 business days.  International shipping via First Class Mail takes about 6-10 for delivery. 

Champ de Fleurs Skin Care is not responsible for delays due to international and customs issues and local post office delivery.  This includes extra fees and taxes your country may need from you.  

Orders will be shipped to the specified address. I cannot change the shipping address after the order has been processed and shipped. If a package is said to have been delivered and you have not received it, contact the carrier and file a claim.

Customers are fully responsible for the packages sent to them; this includes picking up packages deemed undeliverable because no one is at the premises or there is no safe place to leave packages.   Failure to pick up packages is exempt from receiving replacement.  If packages are sent back to Champ de Fleurs because of failure to retrieve the packages from the post office, then the customer is responsible for shipping charges for the redelivery of the package(s). 

Paying by eCheck (via Paypal) 

• I usually receive the payment within 3-5 days. Once I receive payment, I will ship the items via priority service, which takes 3-5 days. A confirmation and tracking number will be sent thereafter. 

• Rush Shipping

Expedited shipping is not open. 

Usage: 

Test on skin before full use. Test on the front of the elbow, behind the knee, and behind the ear. Wait 24 hours to 48 hours, then proceed with full use. 

If irritation occurs after this, then stop use immediately.

Return 

Due to the nature of each product and the intimate process, returns and exchanges will not be given because of general dissatisfaction. 

Feel free to contact me for product recommendations. 

I will replace the damaged product(s) or refund your original sale price (this excludes shipping). 

Returns or refunds will not be given 30 days after delivery.

• If you are pregnant and nursing, please consult your physician before using products containing pure essential oils. 
• Always test on a small part of your body first and wait 48 hours before full use. 
• Products may contain botanicals such as herbs and seeds, which may be seen in each product. 
• Some products may contain nuts. Please be aware of the ingredients before use.
