HI darling,
During one of my recent sound healing sessions on TikTok, my beautiful moderator Amy shared an affirmation that stopped me in my tracks: “I’m learning to heal and remember the truth of who I am.”
Since then, those words have been echoing in me. They feel like both a reminder and a promise.
Sitting in the Joy of What’s Unfolding
Recently, I’ve been receiving more comments, followers, and heartfelt messages than ever before.
People are writing to me about how deeply the sound healing sessions are touching and transforming them. Some share how they finally feel calm enough to rest. Others tell me they feel lighter, clearer, more connected after just a few minutes of sound.
And I’ll be honest, sometimes I just sit here in quiet wonder. It’s a wow moment for me. Because, while my heart knows this is my purpose, my mind has been conditioned for years, asking if I’m doing enough, if I am enough. Learning to sit in this joy, to truly take it in, feels like part of my own healing journey as well.
Healing Through Worth and Enoughness
That’s why Amy’s affirmation feels so powerful right now. “I’m learning to heal and remember the truth of who I am.”
The truth is: we are worthy before we prove anything. We are enough before we create a single thing. The love, the joy, the purpose, they don’t come from numbers or milestones. They come from who we are at our core.
And yet, when others reflect back their gratitude, when more people gather to rest and be nourished, it feels like life whispering, 'Yes, this is the way.' Keep going. Remember who you are.
An Invitation for You
Today, I would like to extend the same invitation to you. Take a moment to breathe into Amy’s words. Whisper them to yourself, or write them down:
“I’m learning to heal and remember the truth of who I am.”
And then ask yourself gently: - What truth about who I am do I need to remember today?
Let your heart answer. It might be simple. It might be surprising. Whatever rises up, trust it.
Because you, too, are someone amazing, worthy, radiant, and full of purpose.
With love always, Vee
